Grief Awareness

Grief is defined as “the natural response to losing someone or something that is important to us”. There is no universal way of grieving. On this Grief Awareness Day, let us stand with those who lost a loved one. It is never easy, but it will be okay; you will be okay. Take whatever time you need to remember your loved ones, and celebrate their lives.
